Tech Data: Tech Data announces Andy Gass as UK and Ireland Managing Director
Peter Hubbard becomes Managing Director of Tech Data Mobile, UK and Ireland
Basingstoke, 19 February 2014 – Tech Data has today announced that Andy Gass will become Managing Director UK and Ireland, after spending the past two years fulfilling the role of SVP, South and West Europe. He will continue to be a member of Tech Data’s European Executive Board reporting to Nestor Cano.
At the same time, Peter Hubbard has been appointed Managing Director of Tech Data Mobile UK and Ireland, replacing Stephen Nolan who returns to his former role responsible for European mobile vendor relations.
Andy Gass stated: “I am pleased to be leading our operations in the UK and Ireland at this important time for the business. It is vital that we draw on the experience and expertise we have within our organisation to ensure that all parts of our business maintain their progression and growth.”
