Reviive announces new online selling agreement with Preloved
A Shropshire based recycling and resale organisation has announced a new selling agreement with the UK’s Most Trusted Online Marketplace¹.
Reviive, which has outlets in Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Telford, will provide daily updates to approximately 1000 listings on www.preloved.co.uk with the aim of broadening the appeal of its products to a wider, but targeted audience. Potential customers showing interest by clicking on the free listing will then be taken to the Reviive online shop, where they can make the purchase. Reviive, which is the first social enterprise or CIC (Community Interest Community) to sell products through Preloved’s bulk upload facility, has agreed to sponsor the its National Second Hand Day event in Liverpool on 24 April.
Julie Hotchkiss, retail manager at Reviive, said: “Our two organisations complement each other perfectly. We hold a set of shared values which include product reuse, recycling, landfill avoidance and saving customers money. We are very excited about the prospects of introducing Reviive to the rest of the UK through Preloved and look forward to a long-term working relationship.”
Tina Hidderley, B2B manager at Preloved, said: “Preloved is excited about working with Reviive as it labours to promote social and environmental responsibility. Mirroring our own core values of working to reduce what goes to landfill whilst bringing people together in its local community, we know that Reviive is as passionate as us about extending the life of household products through recycling and reuse. We’re proud to introduce our 6.4 million members to Reviive’s extensive inventory of beautiful and high quality second-hand products in the hope that we can play our part in fulfilling its mission as a social enterprise.”
